Growth Marketing Executive (Apps)
Role Summary:
The Junior Growth Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Digital Pre-school division, supporting the Growth Marketing Team with the development and execution of the team's campaigns across its portfolio of pre-school apps. From acquisition and conversion to retention and engagement tactics, the Junior Manager will get to work with a wide range of both internal and external partners, while consistently monitoring, testing and optimising the performance of those campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute our CRM strategy for our subscription-based apps, with a focus on driving conversion and retention using all relevant channels (emails, in-app messages, app notifications). Collaborate with the User Acquisition Manager and Product teams to implement a programme of tests and campaigns to achieve optimal performance.
• Assist Growth Marketing Director and User Acquisition Manager with other app marketing-related projects when needed.
• Review and analyse all initiatives against a set of pre-defined OKRS to inform new iterations or different approaches. Refine the targeting and segmentation of our campaigns accordingly.
• Communicate results to the rest of the team in regular reports.
• Prepare briefs for the production of digital assets for all marketing campaigns and manage associated approvals.
• Act as key contact for internal queries related to the performance of our apps, and app marketing initiatives globally.
• Carry out regular market research and review of competitor products, identifying new conversion and retention trends and making recommendations for our own products' growth.
Key Competencies:
• Excellent communication and copy writing skills are a must
• Strong analytical skills will be needed to set up targeted campaigns and test programmes, analyse performance metrics and make the necessary iterations
• A demonstrable interest for entertainment content and children's brands
• A good understanding of the app/mobile would be a plus
