eOne brings to market both original and existing content, sourcing IP from Hasbro's portfolio of 1500+ brands, and through a diversified network of creative partners and eOne companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st / 2nd line IT support for all eOne employees in a friendly and professional manner via telephone, email or in-person.
• Log and manage IT requests/issues on the eOne Help Desk and ensure successful resolution or escalate where necessary.
• Help configure and roll out new or replacement hardware such as PC's, Laptops, and Mobile Devices.
• Audio / Visual support in our conference rooms and boardrooms. Rooms are Microsoft Teams Rooms utilizing Crestron and Logitech hardware.
• Hardware and Software sourcing and procurement, including asset tracking and maintaining relationships with third party vendors.
• Setup new starter accounts and hardware in accordance with tasks generated on the eOne Help Desk.
• Help setup and move IT hardware ranging from desks moves to racking switches and servers.
• Create & maintain internal support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist local and global IT projects/initiatives.
• Support and administer IT applications including SCCM, Jamf, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Key competencies:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a computer support environment
• Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in a friendly and professional manner.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and PC/Laptop hardware set-up.
• Good knowledge of Mac OSX hardware set-up and configuration.
• Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Understanding of collaboration and co-authoring capabilities within the Microsoft suite an asset.
• Active Directory Administration
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Familiarity with common IT peripherals i.e. Printers, Mobile Phones, Tablets.
• A good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Firewalls).
• Experience with or an understanding of the following desirable.
• Cloud file storage solutions such as Box and OneDrive
• Windows Server, VMware and ESXi environments
• SCCM / Jamf
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work 8-hour days in office, including some after-hours. Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
Compensation:
• In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the Recruiting range for this role: $49,167.30-$91,310.70
• Starting salaries will vary within the stated range based on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skill set, education, performance, market demands and budgetary considerations.
