Job Description

WWL (870AM/105.3FM), flagship station of the New Orleans Saints, is searching for our next play-by-play announcer. If you have skins on the wall - if you have called professional or college games or have unparalleled experience covering the Saints and NFL football, we want to hear from you. As play-by-play announcer, you will be working alongside color analyst and Saints all-time leading rusher, Deuce McAllister. Saints games are heard across the Gulf South on the Saints Radio Network. Please include an audio and digital examples.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Radio Play-By-Play Announcer for all Saints pre-season, regular season and post-season games.
• Participate in pre-game and post-games shows.
• Participate in NFL Draft coverage, Saints Mini Camps and Training Camp coverage.
• Co-host the Saints Coaches Show and The Saints Hour, as well as Fans & the Pro with Deuce McAllister
• Elevate & grow WWL's digital and social Saints footprint.
• Appearances on WWL Sports Talk as well as weekly guest call-ins on other WWL talk shows.
• Fill-in and guest appearances during the off-season.
• Make guest appearances on radio, television, and online media, as required

A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
