Job Description

The role is an opportunity to lead and oversee the marketing and PR team and overall strategy for Entercom's premium podcast division, consisting of industry leading Cadence13 and Pineapple Street Studios. The Head of Podcast Marketing will report directly to the Chief Content Officer of Cadence13, and will also have corporate marketing and PR responsibilities. The primary responsibilities will be to develop, create and lead the overall podcast marketing strategy, which includes, but isn't limited to, show by show marketing and PR strategy, as well as and create and execute the division's multiple brand identities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the marketing strategy for Entercom's premium podcast division, consisting of Cadence13 and Pineapple Street Studios
• Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy for the podcast division with the goal of accelerating the audio growth and awareness of each show, and each podcast subdivision/studio
• Define, prioritize, and customize marketing plans by individual podcast show as well as podcast divisions/studios
• Help define the brand vision and identity to the consumer, talent, and advertising market(s)
• Oversee, lead and develop a team of marketing and PR professionals

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree
• Candidate should have a clear strategic vision for the future of the podcast busines with the ability to execute marketing plans across a wide array of show categories and genres
• Excellent communication, organization, writing, and presenting skills
• 10+ years experience in digital marketing, with experience in driving brand growth, content & product marketing
• Candidate should have experience in steering strategy development and execution of marketing plans
• Experience in leading and overseeing a team
