Role Definition

CRM Marketing Manager will be in charge of ensuring we're delivering the right message to the right customers at the right time. To do this, you'll use email, text messages, push notifications and more. You'll create and implement marketing automation designed to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.


• 3-6 years of Email marketing experience at a consumer company
• Experience using enterprise CRM and Email Service Providers
• Understand core drivers of repeat customer behaviors, churn, ideal customer segmentation, and the best path for personalization
• Strong knowledge of sports and sports betting preferred
• Flexible, adaptable, able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to communicate findings across the organization in written and verbal formats
• Strong attention to detail
