Job Description

Entercom Kansas City seeks a Business Accounting Administrator for station clusters in Kansas City, St. Louis and Wichita. Primary responsibilities include:
• Assisting General Sales Managers and Regional Controller with weekly pacing, monthly forecast and annual budget processes
• Providing Regional offices with accounting functions including credit, collection, vendor relations, operational reports, month-end & year-end closing reports
• Working aggressively with sales departments to better service clients, including account receivables management & customer account reconciliation
• Implementing & enforcing internal control policies & procedures
• Monitoring trade & barter activity
• Assisting with continuity, post log functions & broadcast log reconciliations
• Participating in internal audits & preparing operational reports
• Additional duties as required and assigned


• Demonstrated competency with all Microsoft Office software
• Ability to build workbooks, charts, graphs and work within Excel files
• Must adhere to strict confidentiality requirements and conduct all employee relations with diplomacy and tact
• Keen attention to detail is important

• Wide Orbit knowledge and experience a plus
• Action-oriented; approachable; able to coordinate efforts between departments as required
• Able to plan & organize work activities, can shift directions as needed
