Duties:
• Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated Application and video playing issues in real-time.
• Identify and escalate possible code issues across all platforms.
• Work closely with the development team to understand the Application stack.
• Work closely with the operations/customer support teams to resolve issues.
• Responsible for configuration changes in the Application platform.
• Handle the escalated support and incident tickets.
• Actively review the existing monitoring metrics for improvement.
• Assist with testing on Application components and workflows.
• Provide guidance on technical issues experienced by clients and internal stakeholders.

Required & Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Science or other related engineering field.
• Experience working with Web/Mobile/TV Applications.
• Experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Linux.
• A technical foundation with a focus in programming is desired.
• Knowledge of streaming of OTT video delivery is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic networking.
• Understanding of REST API/web services and HTTP methods
• Experience with scripting languages
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible and provide needed help at off-hours.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$80,000 annually
