Who You Are
• 3+ years in an a Senior Manager or Director Level role focusing on web application development
• 10+ years of relevant and diverse technical experience, mainly building, deploying and
• operating high traffic web applications.
• You have demonstrated experience in managing a technology organization of 10+ people
• Experience with globally distributed development teams
• You are well versed in technology solutions, data, security, and regulatory compliance
• You have a demonstrated experience building and operating direct to consumer products
• You're a strong communicator who knows how to influence stakeholders

What you'll do
• Hire, onboard, and manage a diverse team of outstanding engineering professionals.
• Craft and evangelize the digital group's technology practice and process
• Partner deeply across product management, marketing, insights, and design to deliver customer-focused solutions to meaningful challenges in the industries where we operate
• Drive projects and features across the teams with a primary focus on people management
• Help coach and mentor the team
