THE ROLE
Your primary role is to support our partners and your teammates. This includes many different responsibilities from configuring client set-up in our software solutions to fulfilling ticket transactions for some of the biggest live sports and entertainments events in the world. You will troubleshoot potential data or system issues ensuring data integrity across the Qcue suite of software tools as well as third party partner systems. You will set-up seasonal sports and live events to include venue maps and seat pricing allocations for some of the largest stadiums and live events venues. You will liaise with our partners to obtain any missing data, all to ensure that we deliver a smooth, seamless experience for our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process internal inbound requests for setup of new accounts and events in our proprietary application
• Review, analyze, and perform manual and automated quality checks on data to identify, diagnose, and fix data integrity issues, coordinating with your team, and our account management and engineering teams
• Create ongoing and ad hoc reports
• Identify new process improvement and automation opportunities
• Experience in data management and maintenance where attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is the standard
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong computer skills with an ability to manipulate & analyze large amounts of data, with a strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data issues quickly
• An analytical mindset with the ability to make independent decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues
• Excellent communication skills, both in a team environment and in a client facing role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with regularly changing priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work independently under deadlines, collaborating across the team as needed
Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
• A background in live sports and entertainments.
• Experience using Adobe illustrator.
• Experience using SQL (or the strong desire to learn) would be a big plus. Experience working at a tech startup.
Travel
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.
