The application release management (ARM) team manage the deployment of the Endeavor Streaming Vesper platform client side applications. ARM are responsible for over 200 mobile and TV applications across the Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku and TV manufacturer ecosystems.

ARM initially launch new customers across all app stores. After launch, ARM manage the deployment of continuous app updates into all the app stores, ensuring the Vesper Platform is consistently up to date across all of our customers.

As an application release operator; your primary focus will be to work with our project management and engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of all new application builds across our suite of frontend applications. You will need a passion for mobile and TV applications and be able to balance and manage multiple project timelines.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Follow, and improve our app release and store submission processes. Ensuring application updates delivered by engineering are released to all app stores on schedule
• Own and ensure timely resolution of any requests or rejections raised by app stores
• Manage the delivery of tasks by a diverse stakeholder group, escalating and resolving issues to ensure release timelines remain on track
• Maintain internal systems and Jira boards to accurately reflect current progress
• Create and maintain documentation to support all app release processes
