Job Title
Software Development Engineer II

Job Summary:

The incumbent shall be responsible to design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform by understanding project requirements, coding new applications, maintain user roles and troubleshooting applications.

Primary responsibilities:

Understand requirements from team lead related to configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM platform Complete configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM platform as per deliverable SLAs Develop and maintain technical documentation for further reference of team members Troubleshoot and fix bugs in application and escalate issues wherever necessary Identify best practices and recommend implementation to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Required Skills for Internal Applicants:

Mandatory Skills:

Bachelors in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Proficient in programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Web services Proficient in Lightning Aura/LWC Frameworks, VisualForce Proficient in salesforce best practices, design patterns and limitations Knowledge of test classes PD I – (Platform Developer I) Certification

Good to Have:

PD II (Platform Developer II) Certification Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS

Required Skills for External Applicants:

Mandatory Skills:

Proficient in programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Web services Proficient in Lightning Aura/LWC Frameworks, VisualForce

Good to Have:

Knowledge of Jira, Github and Visual Studio

Designation: Senior Software Development (SDE II)

Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM IST

Work Location: RMZ Eco World, Bengaluru (Currently – Work from Home)
