Senior Product Manager
About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements:
As the Senior Product Manager for the Entertainment group, you will own and execute the product roadmap for our iconic brands: People, Entertainment Weekly, and People en Espanol. You will lead a cross functional scrum team, work directly with key brand leaders, and across numerous stakeholder teams to directly impact core company KPI's. In this role, you will have the direct responsibility to grow user engagement with new product offerings, work with emerging technologies, and drive innovation as a leader in the digital media ecosystem. Work will range from evolving new methods of storytelling on the web, adapting to the changing content consumption trends, growing user communities, and building new engaging interactive experiences for our users.
Hybrid 3x a week- (New York, NY)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Positions Contributions:

• 20% - Leads the scrum team and deliver first class execution of the product roadmap
• 20% - Prioritize and align initiatives against the big-picture business goals of the brands
• 30% - Create and deliver product initiatives from conception through delivery including discovery phases, writing product requirements, managing sprints, and delivering successful product releases
• 10% - Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• 10% - Own the core KPI's for meaningful Engagement and Monetization growth
• 10% - Conduct ongoing user and market research, staying on top of evolving changes in our landscape and ensuring that our brands remain at the forefront of the pack
The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within a consumer facing businesses
• Experience managing a scrum team and collaborating cross-functionally with other product managers.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
• Fluency in Agile methodology and product development best practices.
• Ability to understand technology frameworks and how a company's tech stack works
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust properly for an audience of engineers, business partners, or executives.

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $130,000 - $155,000
