Senior Manager, Measurement Innovation

The Senior Manager oversees the measurement, analysis, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to influence decision-making and achieve advertising objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Measurement & Analysis:
• Oversee multiple research projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
• Develop measurement strategies and frameworks to evaluate advertising campaign performance.
• Implement tracking tools and methodologies to gather relevant data from multiple advertising channels.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and attribution models.

Insights Generation:
• Derive actionable insights from data analysis to enhance advertising strategies.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization through data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Reporting and Visualization:
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to highlight campaign performance and insights.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and compelling manner.
• Utilize visualization tools to communicate complex data effectively.
Optimization and Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with advertising teams to optimize campaigns based on insights and performance analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance measurement methodologies.

Client Communication and Presentation:
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives and expectations.
• Present insights and recommendations in a professional and persuasive manner.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience at a media, agency, brand or marketing agency that includes managing ad effectiveness research and insights for digital and traditional media
• 2+ Years Experience in Pharma or Health Marketing
• Ability to project manage multiple research projects and prioritize in time-sensitive environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and effective sales presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively to both internal team and external clients is necessary.
• Fluent in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint) as well as Google Suite (e.g., Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Familiarity in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, etc.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms and ad-tech ecosystem is a plus.
