Graphic Designer - Analyst

Title: Measurement Strategist & Study Architect
As the Measurement Strategist & Study Architect on the Measurement Team, you will visually articulate data-influenced stories, frameworks and study results that the team provides to internal stakeholders and clients. Your work will be crucial to telling compelling stories, crisply and cleanly, for audiences whose depth of knowledge of data, research and/or measurement may be quite varied.

About Your Role:
• Design presentations and graphical materials for presentation/publication.
• Create visual frameworks as well as adapt existing frameworks - requiring design versatility.
• Design standardized templates that can be utilized for a range of measurement study types.

About You:
• Minimum of two years experience in graphic design
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of design projects
• Ability to work with and visualize data (while proficient data-visualization skills are not paramount, having experience with conveying data and complex concepts is encouraged)
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Proficiency with the wider Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premier Pro, Indesign) and Final Cut a plus
• Proficiency in working collaboratively with strategists, analysts, and others from divergent disciplines
• Typography skills are a plus
• Strong conceptual thinker
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
• Effective communicator, thoughtful listener
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of, or experience with, research, measurement or data-driven storytelling is a plus
