Associate Product Manager
About This Role:
As an Associate Product Manager for our premier food and drink brands, you'll work with a cross-disciplinary scrum team to help millions of users find answers, solve problems, and get inspired.
You'll partner with brand leaders, editorial team members, and other relevant stakeholders to execute a robust product strategy that leverages our unique capabilities: evergreen content, SEO expertise, data science, respectful user experience, beautiful design, and intelligent monetization.
About Your Contributions:
Team building and connecting: Be a positive force among the agile scrum team, helping to remove impediments, writing clear user stories, and congratulating the team on the release of a new feature.
User-centric focus: Lead and encourage user testing across initiatives. Participate in design reviews, and provide a thoughtful, informed, and constructive point-of-view when it comes to the design of a new feature. Partner closely with research teams.
Product vision and strategy: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop a roadmap that aligns with the company-wide goals and priorities. Effectively manage and communicate on its execution. Prioritize and drive initiatives across multiple business and stakeholder requests. Measure results
Cross-functional understanding: Walk an engineer and a designer through some product requirements, teach the content team how to use a new feature, coordinate with fellow Product Managers on the sequence of a cross-team project
About You:
• 3–5 years of hands-on product management-day-to-day product ownership and ideation. Previous experience developing strategy is a plus.
• You have deep knowledge of what makes a great publishing brand because you've done this before, e.g. experience at a premium digital publisher.
• You have a passion for figuring out user problems and pain points.
• You recognize that many of life's problems don't lend themselves to a one-time cure-all, but are a lifelong journey.
• You're capable of developing a big-picture product strategy for meeting user needs, selling it, and then working out the details to get the plan over the finish line.
• You're excellent at communicating and collaborating with a wide range of teams and stakeholders to build great products.
• You possess an innate desire to collect, synthesize, and analyze data to inform your strategy.
• You're fluent in Agile principles and methodology.

Pay Range
Salary: $94500 - $135000
