Analyst, Revenue Operations
About The Position
The Revenue Operations Analyst will focus on maximizing yield, reach client KPIs, and deliver on digital campaign commitments. They'll also partner with Sales, Account Strategy/Client Services and AdOps to drive the success of advertising campaigns by providing data-driven insights supporting proposal submissions and campaign optimizations. The position will create pacing reports and help shape sales proposals by providing input on product mix, inventory availability and margins. The position would also focus on approving media plans, handling pricing exceptions, and monitoring/optimizing live campaigns. This analyst will specialize in the Health and Finance vertical and help develop best practices that meet that industry's specific challenges.
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office New York, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Dotdash Meredith, the largest digital publisher in America, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst. The Revenue Operations team supports Dotdash Meredith's digital ad sales business, leveraging a variety of advertising platforms to deliver +$100M annual revenue.

Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
• Work with sales teams on all proposals including initial brainstorm with group to review RFP and suggest ad packages to meet client KPI's
• Check inventory availability and/or suggest appropriate inventory that is available and will meet objectives.
• Interact closely with account strategy and client services in order to build media plan that achieve client objectives, at the appropriate price and are achievable based on inventory levels.
• Review IOs for accuracy and all terms/conditions.
• Monitor all sold/running campaigns to ensure proper set-up and delivery vs. 3rd party reporting.
• Optimize campaigns throughout the lifecycle of the campaign to meet both KPI's and benchmarks (including viewability where appropriate).
• Ad-hoc performance analysis (CTR, viewability, etc) of sites, ad units, placements, etc.
The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in an analytics capacity within digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
• Excel, Doubleclick, Google Ad Manager, Order Management Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $62,500.00 - $75,000.00
