DKC Los Angeles and New York are searching for confident and dynamic Senior Account Executives/Music Publicists. The right candidates are strategic, proactive self-starters who will join our prestigious and growing Entertainment practice. The new team members will execute innovative campaigns, album drops and events/activations anchored by creative storytelling. The positions require close collaboration across our bi-coastal team.
We want driven, passionate and talented PR pros with a solid and growing network of media/influencer contacts and bringing a track record of generating high-impact media coverage as well as significant press/industry/consumer experience. The Senior Account Executives/Music Publicists will deliver quality work aligned with specific client needs and goals to achieve desired results.

Qualifications, Skills + Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant label or PR agency experience working with clients in music / entertainment
• Capable of securing visibility opportunities such as speaking engagements, hot lists, expert commentary (newsjacking), etc.
• Savvy at working closely with team members to execute programs and report/merchandize results
• Skilled at developing and editing compelling press materials that get attention
• Demonstrated history of pitching and securing high-impact coverage of new releases, launches, events, collaborations, philanthropic endeavors and brand partnerships
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with media/influencers and industry insiders
• Must be in-sync with pop culture trends and events
• Comfortable and confident working collaboratively across divisions, multiple offices and senior level executives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and tasks
• A history of active participation in new business process
