How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Paid Digital Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber growth to Disney Streaming Services. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of awareness and upper funnel campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, cross-channel, and seasoned planning skill set to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for Brand and Titles positioning.

The Paid Media Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Planning and Execute campaigns across paid media channels (i.e. Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Audio, Video) with focus on Upper Funnel strategy.
• Budget control and allocation based on KPIs.
• Drive insights and expertise about best practices & bid management.
• Perform deep-dive analysis into specific Upper Funnel KPI's to understand the underlying influences and factors to optimize performance.
• Monitor the reporting implementation, evaluate post-campaign metrics, and provide next steps recommendations.
• Develop ongoing country level planning, reporting and analysis of digital paid awareness campaigns.
• Analysis and negotiation with premium publishers (PMPs).
• Work in collaboration with Brand and Analytics team in order to prioritize contents.

EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising/business administration (engineering or equivalent experience is a plus)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment with focus in hands-on execution. B2C Experience is a must.
• Experience managing regional campaigns
• Deeply knowledge of multi-channel marketing and attribution models.
• Experience in entertainment industry is a plus
• Execution expertise with major search engines: Google Ads
• Execution Expertise with DoubleClick suite (i.e. DCM, DV360, SA360)
• Deep knowledge of programmatic ad buying within multiple DSPs (i.e. Verizon, Trade Desk, etc.)
• Execution Expertise in established & emerging social platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Highly quantitative with the ability to make data driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
• Advanced level of english.
