How you will contribute to our magical experience?
The Digital LifeCycle Supervisor will be at the heart of the consumer journey operation with the Digital Lifecycle team, supporting Disney+ and Star+, as well as our other stakeholders. This role works in conjunction with operations, performance, business intelligence and marketing teams with all marketing and LOBs and across markets in order to expand the footprint of Disney Streaming Services in Latin America.
The Digital LifeCycle Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Develop the cross-territory and cross-company Lifecycle marketing calendar, managing email, push notification and in-app campaigns.
• Orchestrate end-to-end campaigns, defining messaging guidelines and supporting with quality control checks.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for Disney Streaming Services in product marketing across Marketing Ops Global, Product, Marketing, Legal. Creative and Business Unit partners.
• Collaborate and coalesce design, editorial, and creative resources across The Walt Disney Company while ensuring clear, concise messaging to subscribers.
• Message effectively with external partners on quantifiable results of customer marketing campaigns, and return on effort.
• Create detail reports to track campaign effectiveness and produce actionable insights to drive the campaign performance.
• Develop regional tests, measure learn plans (across territory, lifestages & cohorts), evaluate results, and produce reports working with Analytics teams and peers.
What we need from you be part of this story:
• At least 2 years of CRM / Lifecycle experience in marketing automation execution, developing multi-channel campaign (Preferred Industries: Streaming Services, Telecommunications, B2C).
• Deep technical and analytical experience.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns from conception through design, development, A/B testing using both subject line and templates, analysis and performance optimization.
• Experience building and implementing advanced marketing automation for complex nurture campaigns to deliver personalized interactions with customers by using Journey Builder, Automation and Email Studio via Sales Force Marketing Cloud (ex Exacttarget) or similar platforms.
• Experience in editorial or content creation is a plus.
• Technical / specific expertise: HTML, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop (desired), SQL and AMPScript experience in developing dynamic/personalizing Email content and Push marketing.
• Experience with JIRA or similar is desirable.
• Advanced level of English.
