Sr Manager, Integrated Marketing & Synergy (PH)

Job Summary:

This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possess a unique blend of creative and business skills combined with the ability to deliver results! This individual will manage the execution of synergy initiatives and custom multi-platform promotions to drive awareness, engagement and interest for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Disney Plus.

Responsibilities:
• Work in partnership with Director to develop overall strategic marketing plans for theatrical/streaming/in-home releases while keeping creative innovation at the forefront of partnerships
• Responsible for being an efficient, communicative and collaborative team player, contributing creative ideas, leading partnerships and executing plans efficiently
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners across TWDC and with external media networks
• Work across Synergy partners to help drive awareness, engagement and interest for upcoming campaigns to initiate and develop bespoke partner plans
• Liase with related departments to inform and execute marketing plans (Creative Content, Publicity, Online, Creative Print Services, Media, Legal and Finance)
• Ensure plan/execution details are updated weekly within marketing briefs/plans/production/delivery charts and all reporting programs so team and all relevant departments and/or partners know plan details/approaching deadlines
• Execute added value promotions with external media networks with direction from Director
• Assist in developing the story for key presentations to Senior level executives as well as presenting updates to the Synergy Partners
• Work with Director/VP to ensure all budgets and reporting documents are up to date and accurate
• Present upcoming film slate to synergy partners & external media networks
• Pitch creative concepts to director, partners and secure film promotions
• Participate in internal idea generation for title releases and key streaming campaign launches
• Lead brainstorming sessions with Select Partners
• Participate in strategy development and idea generation.
• Take on additional projects as needed

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years relevant experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to make and maintain strong working relationships
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
• Candidate must demonstrate strong broadcast and online experience and be familiar with emerging media and new technology platforms.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others as a collaborative team player.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
