The Product Management team guides the strategy and vision for Disney's incredible global digital products portfolio - from Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and the ESPN App to Marvel Unlimited, National Geographic, ABC and ABC News, and film websites and games. Job Summary:

In your role as a Senior Product Solutions Manager Iworking, you will partner with Engineering, to ensure successful intake, delivery and communication of changes to schedule and priority across the organization. You will be responsible for becoming a conduit to ensure that we can identify and remediate cross initiative deliverables (as well as problem solve) across multiple programs simultaneously, while also looking forward to our future deliverables.

The right person for this role will be expected to help ensure business value is met, drive discussions to solve complex technical problems, can communicate clearly solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and ultimately drive results.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
• Execute on product strategy and plan for successful delivery, creating cross-team partnerships with Engineering, Product & TPM organizations.
• Responsible for ensuring that we continue to work on the priorities of the business, via a partnership with Product leadership.
• Work to ensure that we maintain expected standards across the team for requirements specifications, timeline projection and cross team education.
• Hold a deep compassion for our users, and creatively tackle problems with a viewer-first mentality
• Partner with the Platform Operations team to optimize the ongoing health and financial viability of our product line
• Partner with Engineering organization to execute against the product roadmap, delivering on the needs of the business

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

Minimum and Preferred. Inclusive of Licenses/Certs (include functional experience as well as behavioral attributes and/or leadership capabilities)

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of previous and relevant experience in Product Management or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience with running complex projects across a matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance on complex issues
• Exemplary communications skills, both written and verbal, at levels of the organization.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in AGILE methodology
• Experience in developing requirements for Enterprise applications
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a tech environment.

Experience with:
• Experience working with Advertising CMS & Ad delivery systems is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and ability to deliver rich, business insights to drive business decisions

Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited intuition required

The hiring range for this position in California and Connecticut is $112,600 to $151,000 per year and in Seattle and New York City is $118,000 to $158,200 per year. In San Francisco, CA, the hiring range for this position is $123,400 to $165,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
