Job Description
As part of our rapidly growing product team, you will work collaboratively to create intertwined and engaging experiences that bind the Disney consumer experience together. You will collaborate across various business/product units throughout The Walt Disney Company to help invent and shape experiences that enhance our Direct-to-Consumer streaming services. Your efforts will directly impact Disney Streaming KPIs as well as drive synergistic value throughout The Walt Disney Company.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally across design, research, experimentation, and engineering to deliver a truly exceptional user experience for a diverse and growing worldwide audience.
This role requires creativity, persistence, and an ability to manage many disparate threads at the same time. Your intrinsic understanding of how to compromise and negotiate with others in the spirit of partnership with an eye constantly turned towards delivery will lead to your greatest success.

The ideal candidate is an intrapreneurial self-starter who has strong influential communication skills, is extremely collaborative, flexible in the work they do, obsesses about the customer, forms strong yet loosely held opinions, and can build trust with all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:
• Lead ideation, technical development, and release of innovative products which span Disney+, Hulu, Star+ and ESPN+.
• Work with the user research and design team to develop roadmap of testable experiments
• Contribute to a product roadmap that accomplishes business/customer goals and aligns with the team charter and tenets
• Keep the momentum -- from product requirements, setting objectives, to defining success metrics. You're comfortable driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Lead conversations, collaborate with and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the entire Walt Disney Company

Basic Qualifications:
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience building direct-to-consumer products
• You demonstrate strong strategic aptitude, clear thinking and communicating, and great decision making
• You have experience with design sprints, experimentation, iterating on ideas and user testing with the goal of moving a product concept forward in the development and design process.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, who is scrappy and resourceful, with no fear of getting your hands dirty and an impulse to be the first to tackle any challenge.
• You've led effective product sessions culminating in technical requirements ready for development
• You demonstrate a strong attention to detail. You ask the right questions and can identify potential gaps.
• You haveutstanding written and verbal multidisciplinary communication skills. You're as comfortable talking with engineers as you are with designers and legal. You feel comfortable navigating a large matrix organization and communicating with partners across business units
• You have experience balancing dependencies across numerous initiatives and complex project plans
• You have demonstrated your ability to use data to drive decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations
• You have a ''driver'' personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and successful delivery.
• You have experience using JIRA and other product and project management tools
• You excel at coordinating multiple projects at a time
• You value teamwork, and have the leadership skills to make it happen
