What You Will Do
Direct to Consumer (DTC) Strategic FP&A is seeking a Senior Manager to join the team. This role will assist with actively managing the DTC P&L, it's OI performance as well as the individual revenue and cost components, by driving strategic analyses of the economics across the full DTC business. This role will help perform detailed analysis of various components of the P&L, drill down on cost items and their drivers, analyze various revenue driving opportunities and their consequences to provide executive leadership with actionable insights into the P&L. This role requires extensive collaboration with other Finance teams, especially the FP&A DTC team, as well as various business teams.
• Perform and communicate information about financial scenario analysis to support optimal economic decision making
• Independently find opportunities to improve the DTC P&L through inquiry across the business and application of deep understanding of DTC cost and revenue composition
• Prepare and present executive deck presentations, summary documents, schedules, etc. for ad-hoc analyses to senior leaders
• Work with functional leaders and other partners to find opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of FP&A, financial insight and economic decision making
• Organized, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with multiple stake-holder
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 7 years progressive leadership experience in finance, with experience in media industry preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with proven business and financial acumen
• Ability to interact and partner with all levels of management and stakeholders
• Ability to provide a consultative approach with clients helping to drive business and financial decisions Ability to identify issues, generate and evaluate alternatives and implement solutions.
• Proactive and adaptive communication style, able to effectively communicate with people from various teams, organizations, geographic locations and management levels
• Ability to translate financial information to various business audiences to drive decision making
• Flexibility and ability to anticipate change and respond to client needs and priorities with agility
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

The hiring range for this position in California is $148,200 to $181,000 per year and in New York is $151,800 to $189,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
