Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for bridging the gap between strategic planning and financial management, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. In the organization, you will be working with a high-performing team supporting the communication of The Walt Disney Company's (TWDC) financial performance to both internal stakeholders and the external investment community. SUMMARY

Corporate team supporting TWDC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be an outstanding addition to our Corporate FP&A team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A and will play an integral role in providing significant insights on TWDC's financial performance and data analyses to empower premier financial leaders make the best possible decisions. This person should possess great financial acumen, strong analytical and communications skills, the ability to partner and work cross-functionally in a highly visible organization, and set a high bar for themself. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Support the process of consolidating data and preparing presentation materials for forecasts, annual plan, and long-range planning
• Prepare messaging for different audiences including senior management and executives
• Proactively identify, recommend, and drive improvements in existing models and processes
• Support the management of the forecast process by creating timelines, templates, and preparing partner communications
• Collaborate with the teams across Corporate including Treasury, Tax, and Accounting
• Lead or support any ad-hoc projects and financial analyses as needed, particularly in projects involving variance analysis and forecast accuracy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and use of graphical displays of financials for executive presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and interact with all levels across various departments
• Ability to project lead and drive progress forward
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for accurate, high-quality work
• A high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and work under pressured timelines
• Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience as a reciprocal teammate who possesses social and organizational abilities
• An inherent curiosity driving to ask the right questions

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $104,800 to $128,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
