The Ad Platforms team is responsible for building and operating the technology that supports Disney's industry-leading, multi-billion dollar global advertising business. Working across all of Disney's streaming brands and linear channels, this team's scope is wide ranging - they impact everything from core infrastructure development that powers Disney's proprietary ad server, to reimagining viewer-first ad experiences and formats. This team's award-winning, in-house built technologies are the backbone of Disney's ad business and a critical element of the Company's streaming future.

As a Senior Data Product Manager I within the Ad Platform technology team at DE&E, you will be a part of the team redefining Addressable & Cross Media advertising. This role will be a combination of product management and data analyst skills. You will be responsible for interpreting ad platform data elements to help validate business solutions, identify relevant trends, expose areas of improvement and ultimately propose solutions. This role will require both large and small data sets to be queried, analyzed, packaged and documented to help define and/or support business and technical requirements for partners and application owners. The scope of data includes core ad platform data sets, as well as cross platform integrations within the Quote-To-Cash ecosystem. The right candidate will possess the discernment to transform data analysis into actionable insights and solutions and communicate those findings to executive leadership. Experience with Salesforce or related CRM software is a plus. You will become the Product teams data point person working closely with technical and non-technical resources to enable new and better product enhancements via data centric solutions. Responsibilities
• Define the Product team data strategy and roadmap for the Disney Advertising Sales CRM application and interfacing platforms.
• Analyze, document, and organize platform data into product requirements and actionable product backlog that delivers prioritized incremental business value
• Work in cross functional product teams as a Data Product Manager to bring value adding data assets
• Assist in Ad Platform data analysis, preparation, and load procedures with our MDM business partners, and Ad Platform product team members.
• Prepare presentation materials that outline ongoing product strategy and deliverables for business and technical team communication
• Partner with peer Product Managers, Architecture, Engineering, QA and Program Management to identify, evaluate and implement strategic technical solutions.
• Provide product insights to ensure a consistent experience of user controls, data definitions and business logic
• Evaluate and recommend product innovations and enhancements that drive business value and improve return on investment via data interpretation
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing and implementing product release strategies with end users, technology leads and fellow Product Managers

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years years of experience in product management role in a data product development environment or related work experience
• Strong proficiency in technical data handling with advanced Excel formulas
• Adept in SQL and/or Python
• Ability to develop strategic targets and transform requirements into technical solutions
• Effectively communicates complex information with internal contacts at a variety of organizational levels
• Customer centric attitude who wants to creatively tackle problems
• Proven understanding of product development lifecycle including systems architecture, design, and implementation
• Experience in JIRA agile project management
• Be flexible, adaptable and a team-player
• Strong analytical abilities a requirement

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working with Salesforce or related CRM products a plus
• Interest and/or experience with evolving technology such as Gen and Predictive AI a plus

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $142,600 to $191,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
