Overall Purpose of the Role

Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company's new Direct to Consumer video entertainment service targeted to families. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the roll out and ongoing performance and operations of Disney+ across EMEA, specifically focused on programming strategy, marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships, research and analytics.

This important role is a key part of the Disney+ trading team, supporting the commercial success of large campaign launches across the region. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Campaign Launch, the Campaign Launch Supervisor will work closely with EMEA counterparts across DTC and Studios including marketing, programming, engagement and analytics teams, as well as local market teams.

Areas of Responsibility

The role is responsible for supporting the campaign quarterbacking process. This includes:
• Creating templates, in collaboration with Analytics and key marketing and commercial stakeholders, to streamline and productionalise the headroom analysis, performance reporting post launch, and an action playbook to list levers to drive performance
• Joining key milestone meetings to contribute to campaign strategic direction, performance measurement and mitigation plans ahead of launch
• Consolidating reporting around and post launch across marketing, platform, research metrics; supporting the senior manager in creating a data-based clear narrative to align stakeholders on campaigns performance
• Tracking implementation and delivery of the agreed plans
• Feeding back into the content forecasting process, based on 'on the ground' experience of campaign implementation

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• Prior experience in trading, media strategy and booking, or commercial analysis is a plus
• Ability to tailor comms to different audiences (e.g. country teams, DSS, execs)
• Experience in effective, data-based storytelling to inform and influence decision-making

• Skilled at project management, prioritising and managing multiple campaign schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously
