Business Operations is the glue of DE&E Technology, with a relentless focus on connecting all the pieces of the business. This team synthesizes information from across the business to ensure leaders are armed with all the necessary data before making strategic and financial decisions. From forecasting, funding, tracking, and reporting on projects, to ways of working, and resource management, Business Operations has visibility and input into all aspects of the team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Delivery & Operational Intelligence is accountable for the day-to-day oversight of the change management practices for operations within DE&E Technology. The successful candidate will enable beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services. Key responsibilities include assisting resources in understanding the process for submitting change requests, reviewing Change Records for risk mitigation activities, facilitating the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and approving changes as necessary. The Senior Analyst will also assist in the development, optimization and delivery of specific Change Management processes.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Change Coordination
• Partner with product/service owners, functional resources, and peer to ensure the proper information is captures for DE&E Technology changes
• Facilitate CAB conversations
• Ask probing questions, and strategically understand the scope and implications of pending changes
• Audit existing changes to ensure records were entered completely and accurately
• Requirements: organization skills, attention to detail, technical acumen

Change Process Improvement
• Structures and oversees / executes on change management disciplines within and for DE&E
• Works within Engineering Services to inventory, analyze, and streamline tools for change processes
• Works with stakeholders to create continuous service improvement and ensures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met
• Contributes to relevant service management-related virtual teams to drive strategy and process alignment of internal productivity tools, services, processes and systems
• Requirements: Project Management, stakeholder management, reporting

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
• 5+ yrs of relevant working experience in the technology sector
• Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, analytics, operations, marketing/advertising, MBA preferred
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL Foundation Certificate
• Demonstrated project execution skills and experience working directly with IT and business users
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ITIL workflow platforms such as ServiceNow
• Critical thinking and analysis of existing processes, program level changes and support organization design and structure to provide feedback and guidance on continuous improvement
• Process minded, accountable, proactive, and agile
• Well-versed with working with outsourced service desk and application support teams to leverage and develop processes to continuously identify opportunities to drive processes to L1 and L2 support activities
• Uses and applies service management and ITIL principles, theories, and concepts to manage and provide solutions to more complex and multi-dimensional problems.
• Ability to manage and coordinate day-to-day service management operations and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed in timely fashion & in accordance to user expectations.

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, California is $112,586 - $151,030 per year, in Seattle, Washington is $117,998 - $158,290 per year and in New York is $117,998 - $158,290 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
