Overall Purpose of the Role

The primary focus of this role is to analyse, forecast and provide support for reporting of affiliate, advertising and partnership revenue for Central & Eastern Europe territories in close cooperation and partnership with commercial teams responsible for generation of these revenues.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Areas of Responsibility
• Control over Central Europe & CIS affiliate, advertising and partnership revenues from FP&A side:
• Forecasting and budgeting: preparing revenue forecasts and budget in partnership with commercial teams e g.: providing template, checking completeness and accuracy of data received from commercial team, preparing data for upload to Nevarro/TM1, preparing comments on variations vs. previous forecasts/budgets.
• Quarterly close/reporting: Check and approve monthly accruals and recodes generated from the system, analysis of quarterly reported revenue and preparation of comments on variances vs. forecasts/ budgets/previous year
• Prepare ad hoc analysis, also including consolidated CEE territory
• Support of existing and new business growth initiatives:
• Support in business initiative projects in partnership with commercial and business support stakeholders. Gathering and analyzing necessary data, support in preparing presentations for meetings with stakeholders.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance
• 3+ years of experience in Finance area in an multinational company
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Cognos will be an additional asset

Skills Required
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven experience in finance role in the matrix international environment
• Fluent in English
• Very good knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel
• Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude, teamwork approach, collaborative style of work
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient person, able to flex priorities to current needs and deliver a consistent level of work
• High self-motivation and feeling of ownership
