Preditor (Producer/Editor) (Hulu)

As part of the Hulu brand marketing team, we are seeking a highly skilled and naturally creative individual who can conceptualize, produce, and edit exceptional multi-IP video.

As the Preditor (Producer/Editor), you will script, edit, direct voiceovers, and facilitate shoots when required. It will also be essential that you possess the ability to project manage and keep stakeholders informed on progress from conception to completion. Responsibilities:
• Supporting creative, innovative multi-platform digital executions and content, under the supervision of the Creative Marketing Lead. Working within the framework, allocated budget, and timescale.
• Producing both original and repurposed creative campaigns, either at in house or directing a creative agency.
• Ability to support versioning of assets as needed.
• Being a key member of the team responsible for planning and implementing creative specifically suited to direct to consumer.
• Ability to craft creative decks and present to key stakeholders.
• Working with Marketing teams, and other departments to produce creative assets (Brand, Social, Performance, short form, sales tapes, creative pitches etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with standards and practices and legal and financial procedures.
• Respecting and onboarding colleagues/agencies to relevant brand style guides.
• Support with creative approvals.
• Interpret and respond to complex briefs.
• Support less experienced producers.
• Create templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiencies.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience producing and editing content in a professional capacity.
• Previous experience developing digital content.
• Demonstrated experience producing 360 Campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience of all production techniques is essential – storyboarding, scripting, creating briefs, editing, DV camera work and directing V/O's, Shoots and GFX.
• Experience/portfolio of brand content.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced agency type environment.
• Proven ability in managing projects and people.
• Conceptual creative with writing skills to match.
• Proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite for editing; including knowledge of After Effects.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $102,000.00 to $136,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $102,000 to $136,700 Per Year ($ USD)
