Job Description
*This role is based in our Madrid office 4 days per week*

The person occupying this role, while reporting to the Acquisitions & Retention Sr Manager, will work closely with brand, customer management, PR, synergy & partnerships teams as well as the wider central and global performance and acquisition teams. They will be working with the senior manager to take the performance paid media spend towards efficiency. They will also Areas of Responsibility and Accountability lead all aspects of messaging and campaign laydowns to guarantee they are aligned with Iberia local priorities.

In market contact for Performance & Acquisition Marketing

Deliver most effective Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and expected Sign up Volume.
Owner of the paid media spend and strategy

Bi-weekly check of critical metrics to ensure maximum efficiency and optimisation to the different channels (Search, social, display programmatic, affiliates, CTV, native, …)

Plan and implement quarterly campaign laydowns for Spain and Portugal in coordination with brand marketing

Provide expertise and analysis in affiliate programs to onboard new partners and increase volume of this channel.

Align performance forecasts with business goals, collaborate with finance and data analytics.

Coordinate with creative resources to ensure delivery within the department timelines

Provide local analysis on best performing channels, campaigns and titles

Benchmark on competitor activity.

Responsible for A/B test proposal to the Regional team

Provide insight and input on local publishers, opportunities and tactics to target new audiences and optimise measurement metrics.

Build a positive relationship with Regional and Global stakeholders, ensuring local initiatives can be implemented (internal negotiation with USA channel specialists to ensure proposals and tests are executed)

Identify and lead new initiatives and acquisition new initiatives, non-paid

CVR landing page optimisation in a multinational matrix (benchmarks, purchase funnel).

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• 3 years + proven experience in Performance Marketing!
• Acquisition expertise from a subscription or DTCI business would be a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced trading environment
• Experienced working with different partners
• Successful track record in Performance Marketing with in-depth experience of digital.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Docs / Google Drive, Looker and/or Data Studio experience preferred.
• Exposure to working with key campaign management tools and platforms (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign manager, etc.)
• Understanding of market nuances and dynamics to deliver a global strategy while also balancing local adaptions to drive local results.
• Ideally, experience of working in an international matrix organisation.
