The Partnerships Account Management team is responsible for the strategy and day-to-day management of key relationships with external partners and internal cross lines of business to drive the DSS partnerships strategy. Delivering the best possible customer service, with a view to grow and support long-term relationships, this role will collaborate with the internal insights, strategy, DSS (Disney Streaming Services) and Integrated Marketing stakeholders to successfully deliver the objectives of given partnerships for the Business Development team.

The role will be responsible for project managing and supporting the delivery of the partners marketing, media and promotional campaigns including: 12 month calendar planning, timelines, assets, IP and brand management, as well as ideation of over and above opportunities in collaboration with key cross lines of business teams.

Day to day the role will work with partners and internally to:
• Support the liaison between partners and internal teams to effectively drive partnership long term relationships, marketing objectives, plans and executions including launch and sustain plans
• Ensure project Management of all Partnership accounts is maintained, constantly updated and reviewed
• Thoroughly plan and deliver well executed and constantly reviewed Partnership Marketing Campaigns
• Implementing clearly documented and defined Timelines, Guidelines, IP usage and ways of working
• Best in class go-to-market executions while driving efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with partners
• Work with the Disney+ brand, marketing, partnership, content teams to include key priorities into partner campaigns to amplify key content priorities
• Deliver wrap up reports with results, key insights and learnings and set up quarterly meetings with relevant external partners and internal stakeholders
• Unlock (for partners) more access to our content library with a clear planning process, working collaboratively with brand, US and legal
• Collaborate with the US and creative on partnership creative templates to unlock greater creative output
• Technical support of product execution as required

The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven stakeholder management experience and Partnership or Account Management expertise
• Strong project management experience and delivery of end-to-end projects
• Ability to understand technical terminology and product delivery roadmaps
• Experience with an Entertainment brand is advantageous
• Understanding of / experience in the SVOD & Streaming landscape is desired
• Passion for The Walt Disney Company Brands/Franchises
• Tertiary qualification in relevant field – Marketing, Business

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, exceptional project management and an interest in product delivery, supporting the teams KPI's, whilst executing with excellence. This will involve translating research and data, asset sourcing, supporting the creative process in partnership with our internal creative team, briefing to delivery, supporting the planning of campaigns, pitching content and ensuring clear understanding of Disney+ brand and content priorities.

The successful candidate will need to have experience of best-in-class partnership account management to meet commercial and brand objectives and be able to pivot successful to meet these objectives.
