Job Description
The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming's profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.

The CTV Paid Media Associate will play a critical role in assisting and supporting the planning and execution of our over-the-top/connected TV (OTT/CTV) display & video paid media campaigns across our device partner platforms (Roku, Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Vizio, etc.). The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to be at the forefront of a developing media channel and someone who can help spur innovation and better measurability with our device partners. This is a highly collaborative role which will work closely with folks across the Disney & Hulu businesses, with our device partner marketing team, with regional teams abroad, and with high profile external partners.

Responsibilities:
• Support the global CTV Paid Media team in our paid media strategy with several major device partner platforms with a focus on the Domestic market (US, CA)
• Help execute campaigns for Disney streaming products
• Draft creative briefs, and track creative process from proposal through approval and campaign launch
• Ensure all campaigns are set up with proper attribution tracking to enable full campaign attribution and launch with flawless execution
• Maintain key planning and benchmark documents, assist with campaign billing, and gather launch confirmation details
• Ongoing campaign performance analysis, working with internal teams to report back on results driven from our investments and provide campaign summaries/learnings
• Optimization of campaigns to increase incremental number of new subscribers and increase share of contribution from these device partners to the overall business
• Report weekly on trends and granular insights by partner to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid acquisition efforts align and are lockstep with the larger promotional strategy and earned editorial placements

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of media planning and paid digital media experience
• Solid foundational understanding of media concepts and terminology
• Strong experience creating PowerPoint recap presentations for executives
• Familiar with implementing paid media tests (A/B's with holdouts, ghost ads, measuring lift, etc.)
• Performance marketing experience (i.e. optimizing towards lower-funnel objectives, like conversion, with KPI's like cost-per-acquisition or return on ad spend) is a must
• Experience and understanding of paid social, programmatic display/video/audio, and SEM buying platforms (demand side platforms, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) is strongly preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills are a must! Should be comfortable with excel wizardry and data manipulation
• Understanding of paid digital streaming and subscription ecosystem is a plus
• Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• College degree or equivalent applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• OTT/CTV media buying experience strongly preferred but not required
• Experience with conversion tracking and app attribution partners (such as Kochava) preferred

The hiring range for this position in New York City, NY is $73,226 to $98,230 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
