Location: NYC (but remote until TBD)

The Customer Acquisition team is a division within marketing tasked with driving new subscriber growth across Disney Streaming Services. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns to grow the subscriber base for Disney Streaming Services.

The strategy team works on a number of key areas within growth marketing including campaign prioritization, creative messaging, marketing testing, international growth plans, marketing insights and budgets. In this role you'll be working with our international partner teams, participating in cross-functional strategy discussions and providing new customer acquisition insights.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to drive aggressive subscriber acquisition, conversion & efficiency for Disney+
• Manage communications across teams – build strategy decks & communicate project status and results across org
• Act as key stakeholder in development & management of robust test plan, based on data & analytics, to improve performance throughout the conversion funnel.
• Manage a prioritization framework across channels and in partnership with stakeholders across the organization
• Identify opportunities for cross-channel growth and develop comprehensive roadmap for successful execution
• Act as central point of contact for cross-functional business teams and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Disney businesses to drive mutually aligned objectives
• Inception & delivery of key marketing & critical cross-channel priorities
• Provide input into cross channel marketing investment strategy in order to achieve desired KPIs
• Assist in providing ongoing reporting and analysis to inform and support business and marketing decisions
• Serve as key representative and subject matter expert to executive leadership team on growth marketing performance and initiatives
• Leverage ESPN+ learnings and best practices to influence Star+ strategy for across Latin America - both launch plans and ongoing support

Basic Qualifications:
• 6+ years of relevant experience, either growth marketing or marketing strategy, preferably some experience working in a highly analytical environment (management consulting, investment banking, business strategy)
• Top notch communication & presentation skills – ability to distill complicated concepts and explain them to senior level executives and team members alike
• Experience working with international teams and ability to speak Spanish/other languages a plus
• Experience working with marketing technology, ad operations and creative teams
• Good understanding of the different areas of marketing (e.g. market research, digital media planning, testing, performance analysis, etc)
• Highly analytical mindset with a deep understanding of acquisition funnel, economics and profitability levers
• Experience with various growth marketing channels - search, display, video, affiliate, influencer and/or social media
• Strong partner or client management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
• Proactive, multi-tasker, problem-solver who can be a collaborative team player
• Ability to work across teams and matrixed business units
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
