Job Description
The Marketing Supervisor will be supporting the Media Networks Marketing Team in CE working on FX and National Geographic brand and content campaigns in CE. The role will be focused on implementing marketing strategies and high quality media campaigns across all platforms that drive awareness, consideration and tune-in to the linear TV channels and in the final result improve ratings.

This role in the first place will support the Polish market but as a result of our workflows will also naturally be connected to the marketing activities for the linear channels in Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic.

The responsibilities may also occasionally include end to end management of smaller campaigns under the supervision of Brand Manager, if required.

This role will require you to be onsite in our Warsaw office 4 days a week.

Areas of Responsibility

Strategic Marketing
• Support the implementation of effective and efficient, fully integrated marketing campaigns for FX and National Geographic brands in Poland.
• Writing briefs, managing marketing assets and briefing agencies under supervision of Brand Manager.
• Managing ongoing content deliveries and ensuring assets are available and localized on time. Working with creative teams in development of creatives for campaigns
• Understand motivations, behaviours, content consumption and attitudes of target groups of FX and National Geographic channels and translates this knowledge into effective campaigns.
• Awareness of current market trends effecting linear TV channels. Knowledge and exploration of marketing tactics suitable for addressing these trends.

Reporting and Analysis
• Evaluate relevant insights, data and competitive environment, applying insights to gain competitive advantage.
• Assistance with budget management, including ensuring that all payments to external vendors are handled appropriately.

Agencies and other vendors
• Maintain direct relationships with chosen agencies and vendors
• Liaising with both media and creative agencies, ensuring briefs are clear and campaigns align with brand strategies and KPI's

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• Proven experience in international business environment and multi-media marketing campaigns.
• Ability to plan, organise, manage and analyse campaigns.
• Experience in writing briefs, managing media and creative agencies and budgets.
• Thorough knowledge of the Polish market,
