The Disney Streaming Services (DSS) Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming's profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development of reporting and analysis, specifically integrating marketing data with content metrics.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key marketing critical metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses requested by partners across marketing, finance, and data teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and content strategies.
• Assist with analyzing customer centricity (identifying customer characteristics and marketing platforms that result in higher retention and up-sell opportunities).
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor's standard methodologies in marketing analytics and content planning.

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Data Analytics or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of reporting experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• High level of proficiency with Excel (SUMIF, INDEX MATCH, VLOOKUP)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Diligent with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Requirements:
• MBA or Master's degree in related field
• Prior experience in marketing analytics or working with a streaming service
• Experience working with digital marketing organizations
• Experiencing working with Marketing Mix Models
• Programming knowledge in Python, or R

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $78,800 - $108,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
