Job Summary:

This role is based in Hong Kong and is a part of the APAC Growth team. The role is responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through the strategy planning, creativity, prioritization, development, and optimisation of campaigns and programs to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation, and customer lifetime value for Disney+. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns across direct communication channels including email, push, and in-app.
• Build a strong culture of user-first thinking, deeply understanding user behavior, and driving data-led insights to various teams to influence roadmaps and key focus areas.
• Work closely with content, partnerships, and integrated marketing teams to integrate locally popular themes, cultural nuances, and content into lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business and marketing data and effectively translate analytics into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and strategies to optimize existing processes and drive key business metrics (subscriber growth, engagement, retention, monetisation, etc).
• Champion new customer engagement and retention techniques/approaches, drive continued innovation in evolving marketing programs most effective at engaging the Hong Kong audience at scale.
• Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs, develop testing scenarios and hypotheses, and plan incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results.
• Develop and implement subscriber lifecycle strategies that align with Hong Kong's media consumption habits and preferences.
• Collaborate with the regional Lifecycle teams in identifying opportunities to drive business metrics and learnings across APAC.

Job Requirements:
• BA or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid analytical skills, ability to identify trends, and genuine interest in data.
• Having a growth mindset, comfortable with a cross-functional bilingual environment.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines.
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Braze, Salesforce MC, Marketo, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metrics.
• A strong understanding of Hong Kong's media and entertainment landscape.
• Passion for Disney+ content and a deep understanding of its appeal to the Hong Kong audience.
