Job Description
This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possess a unique blend of creative and business skills combined with the ability to deliver results! This individual will support the execution of synergy initiatives and custom multi-platform promotions to drive awareness, engagement and interest for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Disney Plus.

Responsibilities:
• Work with Manager to ensure all budgets and reporting documents are up to date and accurate
• Ensure plan/execution details are updated weekly within marketing briefs/plans/production charts/delivery charts so team and all relevant departments and/or partners know plan details/approaching deadlines
• Work with the Integrated Marketing & Synergy Leaders to execute plans across specific film titles/Disney Plus releases
• Responsible for sourcing and sharing weekly updated asset packages to team members and/or partners
• Responsible for organization of all creative/assets in network folders
• Responsible for Synergy Inventory Deliveries across all Synergy Partners
• Responsible for being an efficient, communicative and collaborative team player, contributing creative ideas and executing plans efficiently
• Request all standard/custom assets (theatrical, in-home, streaming) that we need to build our promotions and sharing updates on a weekly basis
• Manage creative requests to Creative AV & Creative Content and responsible for routing of creative to legal, music legal, appropriate Integrated Marketing team members, as well as other relevant parties based on direction to ensure all notes are received and addressed in a timely manner
• Keep Integrated Marketing & Synergy Team apprised of any new campaign content/special tags far enough in advance to adjust promotional content
• Attend meetings and take notes for team reference, update project statuses based on meeting updates
• Manage team meeting invites and book rooms
• Be able to synthesize data into easily digestible documents and presentations utilizing design skills
• Take on additional projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent computer proficiency – Mac & Windows: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
• Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful interaction with senior executives, business unit contacts, and key external partners
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain strong working relationships
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
• Proactive attitude to seek and manage new initiative on behalf of the department as needed
• Understanding of social media platforms and familiarity with the latest trends
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,300 to $66,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
