Human Resources PMO Manager (PH)
The HR PMO Manager Project Hire will be responsible for supporting various large-scale segment-wide projects across HR. This individual will work closely with the Director, PMO to lead and implement initiatives by ensuring a consultative, data-driven approach in driving business decisions. This role will provide project management and be a strategic thought partner to Executive leadership throughout all phases of project implementation. This individual will develop point of view while ensuring delivery of recommendations that drive decision making and answers questions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage large scale projects ensuring clear communication and superior execution of plans
• Apply effective change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, improve organization performance, and increase operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain project plans, outlining clear deliverables and working with key stakeholders to keep project on schedule.
• Effectively write, prepare, and build training documents, presentations, and communications.
• Communicate ongoing initiative-related updates and timely, relevant information to key stakeholders.
• Communicate to stakeholders and influence partners to take action based on recommendations
• Leverage research, data and analytics to support project decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources or related field
• Expert ability to manage large scale projects
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to convey business priorities and complex topics in a simplistic way
• Large, multi-business/enterprise initiative experience and experience with vertical and horizontal leadership
• Exceptional ability to make timely and effective decisions and produce results through strategic planning and thought
• Superior organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple detailed projects and drive towards deadlines
• Exceptional ability to partner with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and to work well within and manage a cross functional team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing automated forms and workflows • • Experience with SmartSheet
• Experience facilitating groups through work sessions or trainings • • Experience with business transformation, process redesign, and optimization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
The hiring range for this remote position is $114,300.00 - $157,100.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
