Star+ is the complementary but independent sports and general entertainment streaming service to the Disney+ service in this region.

The LATAM Graduate Trainee Program lasts 24 months and is a career accelerator for future leaders of The Walt Disney Company Latin America. The segment focus for this year's program is Disney Streaming, where our teams work everyday to bring the best stories and experiences to consumers on Disney+ and Star+.
We are looking for candidates who have graduated between 2019 and 2021, with ideally two years of experience, are passionate about building a career in the digital area, and are willing to learn and develop within our company.

Responsibilities:
The Graduate Trainee from Costumer Support will be responsible for:
Assist an operation throughout LATAM to support our viewers with any issue or friction they may face using Disney+ and Star+. While maximizing viewers experience, raise the voice of the customer providing powerful insights to the business and product teams seeking retention, product improvement and business success
How will you contribute to our magical experience?
Support VX SoMe channels within CS
SoMe tools moderator (LATAM)
Regular scanning of SoMe channels
Increase engagement / speed of answer for VX related feeds
Support CS Partner teams (BPO) SoMe Team
Deepen integration with social handles of all platforms and products of the company
Benchmark the industry and support develop new channels for engagement
Provide inputs to the CS team to structured feedback for the business, marketing, product, Business Dev, (Voice of the Customer)
Investigate and support develop ways to measure Customer Satisfaction within SoMe
