The primary focus of this role is full control over CEE Media Networks line of business from financial planning and reporting perspective in close cooperation and partnership with commercial teams.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
Areas of Responsibility
• Control over CEE Media Networks:
• Forecasting and budgeting: preparing forecasts and budget in partnership with commercial teams eg.: providing template, checking completeness and accuracy of data received, data upload to Nevarro/TM1, preparing comments on variations vs. previous forecasts/budgets, support in preparing presentations, reports and analysis for meetings with local and regional leadership teams
• Quarterly close/reporting: control over accruals and recodes, analysis of quarterly reported data and preparation of comments on variances vs. forecasts/ budgets/previous year
• Support of commercial teams with queries regarding actual cost/revenue items, preparation of ad-hoc actuals, forecast reports etc
• Support of existing and new business growth initiatives:
• Leading various business initiative projects from finance side in partnership with commercial and business support stakeholders. Gathering and analyzing necessary data, providing conclusions/recommendations for future actions, preparing presentations for meetings with stakeholders.
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• Master's degree, preferably in Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Finance area in an multinational company
• Experience in managing people
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Cognos will be an additional asset
Skills Required
• Proven experience in finance role in the matrix international environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Very good knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel
• Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude, teamwork approach, collaborative style of work
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient person, able to flex priorities to current needs and deliver a consistent level of work
• High self-motivation and feeling of ownership
