Job Summary

The Digital Paid Media & Marketing Supervisor, reporting to the Digital Media & Marketing Manager UK/EMEA will have responsibility for developing and implementing digital media & marketing campaigns with our incumbent agency in the UK whilst providing strategic support for EMEA when required.

The Digital Supervisor will work across Disney Live Action, Animation and Pixar supporting Theatrical, HE and DTC Day and Date campaigns.

NB - With theatrical release slates ever-changing there is also the opportunity to work across select Marvel, Star Wars, 20th Century & Searchlight releases to support our wider team.

Alongside collaborating with our incumbent media agency and its wider group of agencies, this role will work closely with our in-house activation, adtech & audience teams.

Externally, the Digital Supervisor will identify opportunities to build and leverage relationships with media partners that will allow Disney to better develop integrated partnerships whilst harnessing creativity, insights and data-sharing opportunities to ultimately drive more efficient and effective digital media and marketing strategies.

This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the media agency to develop audience strategies, programmatic/direct testing and integrated creative partnerships across digital media channels.
• Collaborate directly with wider digital marketing teams, brand marketing teams & media/insights teams to deliver lifecycle Digital Marketing strategies for all Studio & Disney+ titles.
• Manage day-to-day digital media campaign activations and assist the Digital Media & Marketing Manager in the gradual evolution towards sales conversion rather than pure awareness building / traffic driving, in order to deliver clear financial ROI.
• Work with the central digital ad-tech function at Disney to ensure Studios is at the forefront of testing.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined and agreed KPIs. Focus on informing forward campaign planning and sharing insight with the wider UK marketing function.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points using multiple analytics tools and data sources.
• Coordinate with the TWDC social team, taking an active role in driving social strategies across the breadth of owned channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc) where there is Studios investment.
• Work with social and creative services teams to support the creation and management of social and digital media assets for use on all campaigns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, sharing relevant examples with wider Studio teams and EMEA markets.

The Experience We Require From You:
• Success in a consumer facing Media/Marketing role within a professional organisation ie major media agency / publisher
• Proven experience working in Digital Media & Marketing
• Digital Specific Experience:
• Programmatic/Performance driven campaign planning/activation
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DoubleClick)
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Adobe)
• Social Media Marketing
• Strong numerical analysis and interpretation skills
• Proven ability to think strategically & creatively
• Extensive knowledge of digital media, products and the entertainment industry (Film/Studios PR/Marketing planning an advantage)
• Strong presentation skills
