Job Description
Creative Producer (fixed term, parental leave cover)

This role will produce and direct creative, innovative and engaging multi-platform promotional & marketing campaigns for Direct to Consumer / Studio / Networks.

You will concept innovative marketing solutions including directing shoots, gfx designers, editors & voice overs, copy writing, scripting and some own editing and GFX design.

You will be expected to project manage campaigns ensuring clear communication and updates with relevant stakeholders from concept to completion.

You will use your collaborative attitude and approach and act as a team player who can manage the needs of several stakeholders and help support the creative team.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in one of our local offices – either Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm. This role is a fixed-term parental leave cover until approx. end of March 2026.

What You Will Do
• Leading creative, innovative multi-platform executions and content, working closely with more senior Producers and Creative Managers. Working within the framework, allocated budget and timescale.
• Producing both original and repurposed creative campaigns, continuously think about new multi-platform creative solutions to help support the relevant brand
• Being a key member of the team responsible for planning and implementing creative specifically suited to the relevant audience.
• Act as Creative lead on assigned briefs working closely with Marketing teams, and other departments, to produce innovative and best in class creative assets for multiple platforms, regularly updating project stakeholders.
• Scheduling and planning workflow from start to finish of assigned briefs and budgets, always working closely with Creative Managers & Production Coordinator
• Translate (own language), localise and write copy and scripts for static and AV marketing assets.
• Respecting and onboarding colleagues/agencies to relevant brand style guides.
• Attend branding, ratings & research meetings as necessary, providing guidance on Creative solutions that address overall findings.
• Actively attending relevant briefing and creative meetings sharing ideas and experiences with the wider group.
• Be a go to person for the assigned briefs, keeping a helpful, flexible can-do attitude.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience producing 360 Campaigns and content at a Creative Producer level, across multiple platforms.
• Focused on developing digital content.
• Confident in working in a fast-paced agency type environment within the Streaming and/or Broadcast industry and with proven experience of multi-platform content creation
• Experience of multi-language workflows is useful.
• Ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of all production techniques is essential – storyboarding, scripting, creating briefs, editing, DV camera work and directing V/O's, Shoots and GFX.
• Proven experience/portfolio of Promotional & Marketing Content produced for multiple media and platforms.
• Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages as well as business fluent in English
