Job Summary:

The Disney+ Creative marketing team is responsible for creating A/V, digital, OOH and static creative marketing materials for the Disney+ Brand, the Disney Bundle, and title-specific A/V and reversions for Star International Campaigns. We're looking for a creative, collaborative, motivated, proactive, positive and detail-oriented team player to join the team as Creative Producer. That's a lot of adjectives to describe the person we're looking for! But, in this case, all of them certainly do apply to this position.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Producer will bring to life a range of A/V marketing materials for the Disney+ Brand. This will primarily involve working with outside creative agency partners to produce promos, from kick-off to delivery, but may also include related deliverables like sizzle reels.

The ideal candidate is both a creative powerhouse and master of organization, as this role will work on multiple projects – and partner with various agencies – concurrently. We're looking for someone who can create compelling, breakthrough, and most of all, effective work. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to collaborate with and accommodate multiple stakeholders, and the ability to ensure that brand standards are upheld, while helping to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Working with agency partners to produce A/V assets for Disney+.

Ensuring all materials are up to the high creative standards of TWDC and on-brand for Disney+ and Star.

Helping to ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative assets.

Partnering with stakeholders from Disney+ and Star to secure feedback and approvals.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years performing the tasks associated with an Creative Producer within an entertainment industry entity (studio, network, etc.).

Expert-level knowledge of the A/V creative processes.

A firm grasp of the finishing process for A/V assets at a studio or network.

A demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and remain organized when working on multiple projects at one time.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure strong working relationships with the immediate and broader Disney+ and Star teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

A genuine affinity for entertainment marketing (especially Disney+ and the Disney brand!)

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

Bachelor's degree. A degree in Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field preferred.
