The Commercial Planning & Performance CEE, Senior Manager Disney+ will contribute to commercial success and growth of Disney+ by leading regional strategic planning and operations, performance management and project management of key cross-functional initiatives.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
Your tasks will include:
Strategic Planning: Coordinating the annual planning process and its implementation by collaborating with internal stakeholders. Recommending business priorities, advising on resource requirements, and developing an execution roadmap. Preparing supporting presentations and analysis, including business performance, market trends, and competitive environment.
Performance Management: Coordinating and executing quarterly business reviews. Monitoring and tracking performance, addressing issues and opportunities. Working with local teams to assess action efficiency, suggest optimization, establish new processes and workflows. Leading the monthly forecasting process in collaboration with the central planning team and local management.
Internal Consulting: Collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Partnerships, and Content teams to identify, launch, and measure local growth initiatives. Making informed content decisions and applying the best marketing mix to maximize sign-ups and engagement. Acting as an advisor and making recommendations to senior leaders based on a deep understanding of the business.
Strategic Initiatives: Ideating, planning, and project managing strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Developing business cases by identifying needs, analyzing potential options, and assessing expected return on investment.
What we expect from you:
• A professional with analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a background in consulting and/or business analysis. Experience in business intelligence and/or data analysis is a plus.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, driving action plans and key projects to establish and implement new business processes.
• Strong business sense and a results-driven approach that utilizes data to drive thinking and decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of SQL, Looker, Tableau, and Python is a plus.
• Highly collaborative and self-sufficient, capable of performing data analysis and creating presentations independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and develop high-quality presentations for senior management.
• A strong multitasker with a high level of attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including pricing, competition, analytics, and research.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong team player.
