How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
This role will be supporting the Business Development, Business Operations, Marketing and Management teams by monitoring key KPIs, as well as provide business insights and recommendations based on data analysis from the Disney Streaming Services business.
The Business Intelligence Partner Analytics will be responsible for:
• Data curation, understanding of KPIs, summarizing data sources, and developing reports and dashboards to provide perspectives and recommendation.
• Based on audience cohorts, create analysis with meaningful insights that improve performance, identify opportunities, improve conversion, and reduce churn.
• Partner with key stakeholders such as Business Development, Operations and Marketing teams to support their needs on a daily basis.
• Measure performance and reporting business outcomes in a daily/weekly/monthly basis with the most relevant KPI's.
• Run ad-hoc analysis around the main variables from the Streaming business, identifying opportunities for improvements in acquisition, retention, and engagement by leveraging on SQL consoles.
• Manage multiple databases in an efficient way.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
• At least 2 years of previous work experience.
• Preferred Industries: Consulting, Tech, Gaming or Consumer Goods.
• Intermediate level of English both oral and written.
• Technical expertise: Proficiency in SQL knowledge, Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint) and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and well-developed skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to evaluate and refine stakeholder requests.
• Highly organized and efficient. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects at a given time.
