Job Responsibilities:
• Disney Theatrical Group's (DTG) primary point of contact with vendors in the areas of SMS marketing, e-mail service and creation, database management, and deliverability providers – tasks to include contract management, budgetary planning and work execution.
• Guide DTG SMS and e-mail direct-to-consumer marketing strategy using a variety of consumer segmentation tactics to drive higher-than-standard levels of engagement (inclusive of high Deliverability, Open and Click Thru Rates and low Opt-Out Rates).
• Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to ensure a unified guest experience from inbound website visitation to outbound email communication and beyond.
• Collaborate across the Sales, Analytics, Ticketing, Marketing and Touring teams to build consistent processes amongst partners, consult on the development of guest-friendly messaging and champion optimized frequency of SMS and e-mail communications.
• Work closely with DTG's agency and Disney corporate database team to identify, build and execute re-targeting marketing campaigns centered around audiences in various digital worlds (e.g. Meta, LiveRamp, etc.)
• Work, as needed, with internal teams to improve data value and explore cross departmental opportunities to go even further.
• Identify and implement strategies to target diverse audiences to expand DTG's audience base.
• Ensure DTG's compliance with regulatory, legal and brand policies (e.g. TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, Disney e-mail standards, etc).
• Build reports of campaign results for sharing internally, cross-divisionally and with Disney's corporate customer database team as needed.
• Lead the secure transfer of personal customer data between Disney and vendors.
• Partner with the corporate database team to identify new customer segments targeting opportunities.
• Stay on top of new technologies and trends in CRM with a willingness to prototype new opportunities for DTG.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years' of data analysis/reporting experience.
• 1-2+ years' experience in a related capacity with email marketing.
• Ability to lead vendor relationships to extract optimal value.
• Proven skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Experience with SaaS providers including at least one (ideally self-service) SMS marketing platform and/or e-mail delivery platform.
• Elevated standard of professional integrity to maintain customer privacy when handling personally identifiable information.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Acxiom and SnowFlake.
• Basic understanding and experience using SQL and HTML
• Familiarity with standard processes in multicultural/diverse CRM strategies and latest developments in the field
• Experience working in the live ticketed event industry

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $63,255 to $81,859 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
