Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven consumer insights analyst to join our Product Marketing Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for data and insights that support our product development and messaging strategy. The right person for this role has proven experience with primary research design and execution, A firm grasp of statistical analysis using survey data and experience with pulling data using SQL. An ideal candidate also has experience with Net Promoter Score, or other CX tracking programs and previous industry experience in either Technology or Entertainment.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Disney+ customer experience tracking program
• Deep dive into topics that are important drivers of experience and create actionable insights around key findings
• Pull, analyze and synthesize data to aid in key findings and ad-hoc requests
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand key priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent role
• Familiar with marketing research methodology, especially customer experience tracking/NPS
• Expertise with SQL and SPSS/R
• Strong communication skills
• A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
