Job Description
Disney Streaming is seeking a Sr. Manager. Landing Page Testing to manage our landing page conversion optimization program for Disney+ and Star+ globally. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience growing and successfully managing a global conversion optimization program at scale. You will be responsible for setting long-term strategy and planning for the program.

You will partner with a broad set of stakeholders on Disney Streaming's global Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Legal teams as well as Disney's regional and local teams to develop and execute against a large and growing program that delivers continuous improvements to key metrics while maintaining brand quality and consistency and operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with the Disney+ and Star+ Paid Media and Growth Product teams to ensure that learning agendas are aligned and the end to end sign up journey is optimized.

• Establish quarterly and yearly goals for growth through landing page conversion optimization on Disney+ and Star+
• Partner with regional, local, and Disney Bundle teams to manage their landing page testing calendars and roadmaps
• Serve as a subject matter expert on testing, including test design, sequencing, metrics definition, and power analysis
• Partner with the Marketing Design team to generate new ideas for testing
• Partner with the Experimentation Analytics team to design and review test plans and results
• Provide feedback to the Marketing Analytics and Experimentation Analytics teams on ways to increase efficiency through process refinement and automation
• Contribute ideas to the paid media and sign up funnel experimentation roadmaps
• Set up, QA, launch, and stop A/B tests
• Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities and leverage qualitative tools (e.g. heat mapping and user testing) to develop insights and ideas for new tests
• Develop strategies and execution plans for personalized experiences across Disney+ and Star+ landing pages
• Regularly report out test results to stakeholders and senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
• Develop landing page testing playbooks / reference materials and educate stakeholders on experimentation best practices
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers on the Paid Media, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Experimentation Analytics, Brand & Content Marketing, Product, Program Management, Creative, and Legal teams
• Build and manage a team of testing associates as the global landing page experimentation program grows

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years experience in conversion optimization and acquisition marketing
• Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses
• Experience planning and executing A/B tests at scale
• Experience with Optimizely and/or other enterprise experimentation platforms
• Ability to efficiently analyze data for insights and generate hypotheses for high velocity testing
• Working knowledge of paid marketing channels
• Experience supporting globally distributed stakeholders
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in agile methodologies and working knowledge of Jira/Confluence
• Attention to detail, with an ability to identify risks and issues and quickly recommend and implement solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed expectations

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on a subscription-based business
• Experience with running A/B tests on connected devices (TVs, gaming consoles, etc.) and native mobile applications
• Experience with marketing SVOD services and content
• Experience running quasi-market experiments
• Spanish language fluency a plus
