Job Description

How you will contribute to our magical experience? :

In this role, the Disney+ Marketing Supervisor will support in all ROLA's Partnership Marketing effort, including administrative support, training and the implementation of the offers and incentive plans correctly.

Responsibilities:

The Disney+ Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for :
• Training for Partners sales forces team.
• Monitoring of the correct application of commercial actions / offer agreements.
• Supervise the Partners sales forces team as well as other contact channels with the customer.
• Managing of POs.
• Act not only on sales channels, but on loyalty, contention and cancellation (life cycle of a customer), as well as any contact channel that is generated on an end customer.
• Armed reports to measure commercial indicators and their monthly deviations.
• Support to the Partnership Marketing and Business Development team for the consolidation and access to information for the assembly of management reports.
• Support the development of presentations and marketing reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• Possesses a Marketing background such as marketing concepts, experience with campaigns of large scale.
• Advanced level of English is necessary.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to influence.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically while navigating through complex matrix environments.
• Credible, proactive and trusted thought-partner who has built relationships and delivered results.
• Advanced knowledge in Power Point and Excel.
• Knowledge in Keynote is desirable.
