Job Description
Disney Streaming encompasses the teams leading the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+ streaming services within Disney's Media & Entertainment Distribution group. We seek to connect viewers with the stories they love, while driving the streaming industry forward with consumer-first innovation. The Growth Marketing team is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and maximizing lifetime value of existing subscribers.

The Paid Media Testing team is a collection of marketing mad scientists that sit at the intersection of growth marketing strategy and measurement. The team is responsible for pushing the boundaries of performance marketing to acquire new subscribers and deliver answers to Disney Streaming's biggest, boldest questions.

The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, has experience in an acquisition marketing role, understands the basics of digital media optimization, and has some familiarity with marketing experiments (creative A/B tests, brand/conversion lift tests, geo experiments, etc).

Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders across the global marketing organization (strategy, creative, etc) to brainstorm business questions and develop testing plans that maximize impact
• Collaborate with the marketing analytics and paid media teams to develop, execute, and measure tests across a variety of paid media channels
• Distill test results into actionable recommendations, and monitor the scaling of successful test strategies
• Socialize learnings across the organization in a clear and concise manner
• Analyze current paid media performance and monitor industry trends to identify new areas of opportunity for testing
• Assist with developing media testing playbooks / reference materials and educating teams on experimentation best practices

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in paid media planning/buying, marketing analytics, or a related role
• Experience with performance marketing campaigns
• Understanding of paid media optimization levers, including creative, audience, bidding strategies, account structure, etc.
• Basic understanding of hypothesis testing and related statistical concepts (e.g., confidence levels, statistical significance)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Global marketing experience is a plus
• Sense of humor and desire to have fun
